果冻特效弹出窗口

这个JellyPanel继承自panel，用户可用直接使用，并可自加其它逻辑及子控件等。有两个参数，一为vibrationCount，表示弹出时振动的重复值；一为delayNumber，表示振动间隔。这两个参数结合使用，可以调节弹出外观。
